The Trek is a nice lightweight snowshoe from Redfeather's technical series. This is a great lightweight snow shoe for all around use.
These snowshoes feature the injection molded Summit bindings. This binding is a rugged stand up design (the bindings hold their shape) that allow easy entry and exit. The Summit features three straps that secure your foot tightly in place without pinch points. Fully molded sides provide lateral stability yet accommodates a wide range of shoe sizes. Special UV-resistant "Reflex" material maintains a soft feel in the coldest temperatures.
The bindings are attached to the frame with a Live-Action hinge that lifts the tail of the shoe from the snow with every step for added mobility and speed.
An extruded 6000 series aluminum frame helps keep the shoe light and features a v-tail design for easy of walking.

Sizing: The Trek comes in two different lengths. Chose the length based on your total weight (your weight + weight of any gear carried).
