Returns for merchandise purchased in store: Simply bring the item back with receipt and original packaging. If it’s unused we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Returns for items purchased via online or phone order: Please contact us to arrange a return. We will accept returns and exchanges if:
1) The item is returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase
2) The item has its original packaging and is in new condition.
Return/Exchange shipping: Unless otherwise noted the buyer is responsible for return shipping of the original product back to us. If it is an exchange we will cover the shipping of the new item back to you. If it is a return we will refund your card the original purchase price less the shipping charge. Do be sure to track and insure the item you’re sending back so you are covered in case of shipping damage or loss.
Defective, mis-shipped, or damaged products:
If an item is defective or not the correct one contact us to arrange for an exchange or refund. In this case we will cover shipping both ways or refund you the cost of the item including shipping. For shipping damage please save all original packaging, and if possible note any obvious damage to the box before signing for the box with UPS.
