All online and phone orders ship via UPS ground or USPS parcel post. We ship as soon as possible, which is typically the next business day.

Table rates: orders up to $25 – $5 shipping charge orders $25-$50 – $8 shipping charge orders $50-$100 – $10 shipping charge orders over$100 free shipping!
Upon purchase you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. Upon shipping you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number from the carrier.
Upon receipt of your order note any obvious damage to the box before signing for the box with UPS. If there is shipping damage to the product save all original packaging material as this may be required when filing freight claims with UPS.
