After a 2 hour classroom session and another 2 hours of on the water training, provided by The Crazy Loon, members of the 2011 Phillips Area School District’s Adventure Kayaking Summer School Class take to the water on Duroy Lake in Phillips. It was a cool, windy and overcast day but that did not stop the new paddlers from having fun on the water.
